Ingredients

  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can kidney beans (15 oz)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat and transfer beef to the crockpot.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, onion, bell pepper, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.
