Description
A simple and delicious crockpot recipe using ground beef.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can kidney beans (15 oz)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and transfer beef to the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, onion, bell pepper, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- This recipe can be served with rice or tortilla chips.
- You can add more vegetables as desired.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
