Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 4 potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the roast in the crockpot.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic on top of the roast.
  4. Add sliced carrots and diced potatoes around the roast.
  5. Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the ingredients.
  6. Add thyme and rosemary.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  8. Shred the beef before serving.
