Instructions
- Add diced potatoes and chopped onion to the crockpot.

- After cooking, mash some potatoes for a thicker texture.
- Stir in heavy cream and cheese, and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Top with bacon, salt, and pepper before serving.
