Creamy and delicious mac and cheese made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the macaroni and add it to the crockpot.
- Add the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk, sour cream, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Once the cheese is melted and creamy, serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cooked bacon or ham.
- Top with breadcrumbs for a crunchy texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
