- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Mix the ricotta cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
- Place three lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.
- Add a layer of mozzarella cheese and another layer of marinara sauce.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until the noodles are tender.
Notes
- Let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before serving.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
- Use no-boil lasagna noodles for easier preparation.
