Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 2 cups chopped carrots
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
  2. Add onions and carrots on top of the chicken.
  3. Pour chicken broth over the ingredients.
  4. Sprinkle with garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. Shred chicken before serving.
