Ingredients

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cans (15 oz each) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic.
- Drain excess fat and transfer the mixture to the crockpot.
- Add beans, crushed tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and beef broth.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
