Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Place beef slices in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour the mixture over the beef.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, add broccoli to the crockpot.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water; stir into the crockpot to thicken sauce.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
