Ingredients

- 1 whole turkey (10–12 lbs)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Prepare the turkey by removing giblets.
- In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, onion, celery, carrots, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and melted butter.
- Stuff the turkey with the mixture.
- Place the turkey in the crock pot and add chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until the turkey is cooked through.
- Let the turkey rest before carving.

- Ensure the turkey is fully thawed before cooking.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the turkey.
