Description

Delicious and easy-to-make crock pot lasagna.


Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Spread a layer of marinara sauce mixture on the bottom of the crock pot.
  4. Layer 4 lasagna noodles on top. Break noodles if needed to fit.
  5. Add half of the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and a third of the marinara sauce mixture.
  6. Repeat layers, ending with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until noodles are tender.

Notes

  • Let lasagna sit for 10 minutes before serving.
  • You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
  • For a vegetarian option, omit ground beef.
