Delicious and easy-to-make crock pot lasagna.
Ingredients

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce mixture on the bottom of the crock pot.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles on top. Break noodles if needed to fit.
- Add half of the ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and a third of the marinara sauce mixture.
- Repeat layers, ending with remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese on top.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until noodles are tender.
Notes
- Let lasagna sit for 10 minutes before serving.
- You can add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- For a vegetarian option, omit ground beef.
