Ingredients

  • 2 pounds cube steak
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the cube steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Place the steak in the crock pot.
  3. Add sliced onion on top of the steak.
  4. Pour cream of celery soup over the steak and onions.
  5. Add beef broth to the pot.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meat is tender.
