A simple and hearty crock pot cube steak recipe made with cream of celery.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds cube steak
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the cube steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the steak in the crock pot.
- Add sliced onion on top of the steak.
- Pour cream of celery soup over the steak and onions.
- Add beef broth to the pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the meat is tender.
Notes
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
