- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Slice the zucchinis thinly using a knife or mandoline.
- In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 1-2 hours until they are crispy, turning halfway through.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftover chips in an airtight container.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- For extra crunch, try using a dehydrator.
