Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, egg yolk, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip to form a crescent shape.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool, then serve warm.
