Delicious crescent cheese danishes made with cream cheese and flaky pastry.
Ingredients

- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, egg yolk, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip to form a crescent shape.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool, then serve warm.
Notes
- For extra sweetness, drizzle with icing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for later use.
