Description

Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add mushrooms and cook until soft.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add vegetable broth, stirring to combine.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Blend if desired for a smooth texture.
- Serve warm.
