- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, salsa, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet for easier rolling.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can add beans or corn for extra flavor.
- Top with fresh cilantro for garnish.
- Serve with sour cream or guacamole.
