Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
- Pour batter into a funnel, covering the opening with your finger.
- Hold the funnel over the hot oil and release your finger to create a spiral shape.
- Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
