Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Rinse the cranberries and remove any stems.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a serving dish, layer crushed graham crackers, cranberry mixture, and whipped cream.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
