A tangy and sweet cranberry chutney perfect for Thanksgiving.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and onion.
  2. Add apple cider vinegar and raisins.
  3. Stir in ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
  4. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cranberries burst and mixture thickens.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool.
  7. Store in the refrigerator until serving.
