Description
A tangy and sweet cranberry chutney perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and onion.
- Add apple cider vinegar and raisins.
- Stir in ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cranberries burst and mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Store in the refrigerator until serving.
Notes
- This chutney can be made a day in advance.
- Adjust sugar based on your sweetness preference.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
