- 4 cups bread cubes
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 cups vegetable broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and celery; sauté until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, apples, cranberries, sage, and thyme.
- Pour the sautéed mixture over the bread mixture.
- Gradually add vegetable broth until well combined.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

- Adjust the amount of broth based on desired consistency.
- Can be made a day ahead and baked before serving.
