Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, breadcrumbs, and Old Bay seasoning.
  2. Place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center of an egg roll wrapper.
  3. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
