Ingredients

- 1 cup lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, breadcrumbs, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center of an egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Keep the filling cold before wrapping.
- Do not overfill the wrappers.
- Can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
