  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, egg, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the mashed potatoes over the meatloaf.
