Ingredients

- 4 cups of fresh corn kernels
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the corn kernels and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer to a serving dish and serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh corn for the best flavor.
- You can substitute cream with milk for a lighter version.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated before serving.
