- 4 cups fresh corn kernels
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add corn kernels and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
