A delicious copycat recipe for Longhorn’s Parmesan Crusted Chicken.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
- In a third bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
