A delicious copycat recipe for Longhorn’s Parmesan Crusted Chicken.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
  4. In a third bowl, combine Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  5. Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
