Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine softened butter, sage, thyme, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture onto parchment paper and shape it into a log.
- Wrap tightly and refrigerate until firm.
- Slice and spread on turkey before roasting.
