Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas with sugar and brown sugar.
  3. Add melted butter and mix well.
  4. Stir in the egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Combine baking soda, salt, flour, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  6. Add dry ingredients to the banana mixture and mix until just combined.
  7. Fold in chopped walnuts.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before serving.
