A delicious cinnamon roll french toast casserole that combines the flavors of cinnamon rolls and french toast.

- 2 cans of cinnamon rolls
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar (for icing)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cut the cinnamon rolls into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls.
- Drizzle maple syrup on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before drizzling with icing.
