Ingredients

  • 1 package of cinnamon roll dough
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough and cut into small pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  6. Stir in sour cream and flour until combined.
  7. Layer half of the cinnamon roll pieces in the bottom of the pan.
  8. Pour half of the cheesecake filling over the dough.
  9. Repeat with remaining dough and filling.
  10. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
  11. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
  12. Let cool before serving.
