- 1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and place them in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Pour the egg mixture over the biscuit pieces.
- Drizzle maple syrup on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Serve with additional syrup if desired.
- Can add fruit for extra flavor.
