Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  3. Mix in the melted butter.
  4. Add baking soda and salt, then stir.
  5. Mix in sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  6. Stir in flour until just incorporated.
  7. In another bowl, combine brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon for the crumble.
  8. Pour the banana mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  9. Sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.
