Ingredients

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla, sour cream, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg until just combined.
- Pour the filling over the crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Top with whipped cream or seasonal fruits if desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Allow cheesecake to come to room temperature before serving for best flavor.
