Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Add cheese, bell peppers, onions, sausage, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cut croissants into halves and place them in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants.
  6. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
