Ingredients

  • 100g fresh raspberries
  • 50g cream
  • 30g butter
  • Cocoa powder for coating

Instructions

  1. Chop the dark chocolate and place it in a bowl.
  2. Heat the cream and butter in a saucepan until it simmers.
  3. Pour the hot cream mixture over the chopped chocolate.
  4. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  5. Add the fresh raspberries and mix well.
  6. Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour until firm.
  7. Use a melon baller to scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  8. Coat the truffles in cocoa powder.
  9. Chill the truffles again before serving.
