Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g fresh raspberries
- 50g cream
- 30g butter
- Cocoa powder for coating
Instructions
- Chop the dark chocolate and place it in a bowl.
- Heat the cream and butter in a saucepan until it simmers.
- Pour the hot cream mixture over the chopped chocolate.
- Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Add the fresh raspberries and mix well.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 1 hour until firm.
- Use a melon baller to scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Coat the truffles in cocoa powder.
- Chill the truffles again before serving.

- Use quality chocolate for best results.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more raspberries if desired.
