Ingredients

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 box chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil, and eggs.
- Beat with a mixer for 2 minutes.
- Pour batter into a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes.
- Use the end of a wooden spoon to poke holes in the cake.
- In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until thick.
- Pour pudding over the cake, filling the holes.
- Chill the cake for at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- You can use any chocolate cake mix.
- Try adding nuts or fruit for extra flavor.
