Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine sugars, peanut butter, milk, oil, vanilla, and eggs until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Spoon batter into muffin liners, filling them halfway.
  7. Add a teaspoon of peanut butter on top of each muffin and swirl with a toothpick.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
