Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine sugars, peanut butter, milk, oil, vanilla, and eggs until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon batter into muffin liners, filling them halfway.
- Add a teaspoon of peanut butter on top of each muffin and swirl with a toothpick.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
