A rich and moist chocolate peanut butter bundt cake that combines the flavors of chocolate and peanut butter in every bite.

- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
- Stir in hot water until the batter is smooth.
- Pour half of the batter into the bundt pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter on top of the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter over the peanut butter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 15 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- This cake tastes better the next day.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream for extra indulgence.
