Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the yeast mixture, egg, and melted butter to the dry ingredients.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread melted butter on the dough and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  8. Place rolls in a baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.

Notes

  • For a sweeter roll, add more chocolate chips.
