Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Mix in dried cherries, shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
- Chill the mixture for 30 minutes.
- Form small balls from the mixture.
- Roll each ball in shredded coconut.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Store truffles in an airtight container.
- Best enjoyed chilled.
- Can substitute dried cherries with other dried fruits.
