Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes, diced

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and brown on all sides.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  5. Add carrots and potatoes, cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to the pot.
  7. Add broth, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  8. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
