- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread olive oil on a sheet pan.
- Layer 4 tortillas on the pan.
- Evenly distribute chicken, cheese, bell peppers, and onions on top.
- Sprinkle with taco seasoning.
- Top with remaining tortillas.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cut into wedges and serve.

- Use any type of cheese you prefer.
- Add jalapeños for extra heat.
