- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cheese, bell peppers, onions, and taco seasoning.
- Grease a large baking sheet with olive oil.
- Place two tortillas on the baking sheet.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the tortillas.
- Top with the remaining tortillas.
- Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and slice into wedges.
- Serve with salsa.
