Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Top with biscuits, placing them evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use leftover chicken.
- You can substitute vegetables as desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
