Description

Chicken Parmesan Sandwiches with crispy chicken and marinara sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden brown.
  5. Place fried chicken on a baking sheet.
  6. Top each piece with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake in oven for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
