Ingredients

- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 4 sandwich rolls
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden brown.
- Place fried chicken on a baking sheet.
- Top each piece with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in oven for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve on sandwich rolls.
