Description

A delicious chicken parmesan pasta dish that combines tender chicken, pasta, and a rich marinara sauce topped with melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip chicken in olive oil, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. In a saucepan, heat marinara sauce.
  7. Once chicken is cooked, slice it and add to pasta with marinara sauce.
  8. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Notes
