Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
- Add chicken broth and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
