A simple and delicious chicken dish made in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add chicken broth and diced tomatoes.
  3. Mix in onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add sliced bell peppers on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred chicken before serving.
