Delicious chicken chow mein with a flavorful chow mein sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken slices and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add bell peppers and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add cooked noodles and stir well.
  6. Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix to combine.
  7. Add bean sprouts and green onions, cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and serve hot.

  • Use fresh vegetables for better flavor.
