Delicious chicken chow mein with a flavorful chow mein sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chow mein noodles
- 1 cup chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken slices and cook until no longer pink.
- Add bell peppers and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles and stir well.
- Pour in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix to combine.
- Add bean sprouts and green onions, cook for 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh vegetables for better flavor.
- Adjust sauce to taste.
- Can add other protein like shrimp or tofu.
