Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (frozen or fresh)
- 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated biscuits
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and scatter them over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Feel free to add your favorite seasonings.
