Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 bag tater tots (32 oz)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Top with tater tots in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until tater tots are golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

  • You can use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken.
