Description

A simple and flavorful chicken and rice dish cooked in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rice
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the rice on top of the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth, then pour over the rice.
  4. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Top with frozen peas.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Shred the chicken and stir everything together before serving.
